AnswerMy products are covered with lifetime warranty. I stand behind every aspect of the production from zero to a completed final product and insure proper inspection prior to shipment. Our lifetime warranty re-polishing and diamond cleaning services. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime free of charge. The only fee you need to cover is the shipping fee for returning the item(s) back to my workshop
Question I changed my mind and I want to return it. Will I loose the funds I spent for this purchase? What is the proccedure?
AnswerWe have a no quibble 30 day return policy from the day you receive your item .Even if you are not happy for ANY reason you can send the item for a FULL REFUND no questions asked. We do not charge any re-stocking fees even if its a custom design requested by you.  All items must be returned via traceable means at the Buyers cost unless a fault has occurred on our part.  Full refunds (minus any shipping costs) will only be processed on return of items in original condition.
Question Will I be charged any extra fees at local custom office?
AnswerNon European Union buyers may be subject to fees at local customs. The destination country may impose customs fees,import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. Question Do you offer shipping insurance? How will I get assured that the item(s) will be delivered to me?
AnswerWe ship our jewelry from my workshop in Athens – Greece. All purchases are shipped Worldwide by Hellenic Post or FEDEX International Priority Pack. Both services are tracked and require buyer’s signature upon delivery .You will be provided with tracking number and shipping details. These information will also added to PayPal as soon as they are available.  Since you paid for your item I am responsible to deliver it into your hands so I will monitor the delivery progress until you have the package . Shipping time varies depending where you are, please email me for an exact estimate to your address.
